Description

Patches House is a timber-framed and plastered house dating from the 17th to 18th century. It is two storeys high and has a symmetrical facade with a four-window range, featuring 2- and 3-light mullioned and transomed casement windows, some with leaded lights. A large exposed beam is visible beneath the eaves on part of the front elevation. The roof is tiled. A single-storey addition was constructed in the 19th century at the west end. The house was renovated in the 20th century.
