Description

This is a timber-framed and plastered house dating from the 16th to 17th centuries, located on the south side of The Street, Manuden. It is two storeys high with attics. The upper storey projects on both the north and south fronts, supported by curved brackets. There are two windows on the north front, featuring casement windows with glazing bars. The roof is tiled, steeply pitched, and hipped at each end, with gambrels. A single sloping roofed dormer window is present on the north side.
