Description

Barton House is a timber-framed and plastered house dating from the 16th to 17th century. It has two storeys and features a three-window range, primarily consisting of double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The central windows are 20th-century casements that have been inserted. The upper storey jetties out at the front, supported by three curved brackets. The roof is tiled and has a gambrel shape at the south end.
