Description

Kingswood is a timber-framed and plastered building located on the north side of The Street in Chelsworth. It likely dates from the 16th to 17th century but has been altered in the 18th century and later. The roof is tiled, half hipped, and features small gables along with a 17th-century ridge chimney stack that has two diagonal shafts. At the west end, there is a built-out entrance and a small bay with glazing bars. The building has one storey and attics, with casement windows and one gabled dormer on the front.
