Description

Nos 36 and 38 on The Street are a timber-framed and plastered building dating from the 17th to 18th century, with a brick plinth. Number 36 is a single-storey structure with attics, while number 38 has two storeys. The building features small casement windows and two doorways with steps, which have boarded doors and gabled slated hoods added in the 19th century. The roofs are thatched, and there is one gabled dormer on the front, along with a tall central chimney stack that has been rebuilt at the top.
