Description

Bridge Farmhouse is a 16th-century timber-framed and plastered building that has been altered over time. It stands two storeys high, with the upper storey jettied on exposed joists across the entire south front. The north front features a range of five double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. The roof is tiled and hipped at the west end, with a small gable. Notably, there is a scarf joint with an edge halved scarf and vertical butts, which likely indicates the use of re-used timber from an earlier structure.
