Riverside Cottage is a 17th-century timber-framed and plastered building, dated 1662. It has one storey and attics, featuring modern casement windows with glazing bars. The roof is thatched and includes one gabled dormer on the front, along with an external chimney stack at the west end. A small wing extends to the south, which has a tiled roof.
