Description

This is a timber-framed and plastered house dating from the 16th to 17th centuries, situated on an L-shaped plan. The house has been extended at the rear. It is two storeys high. The upper storey is jettied across the entire front, supported by curved brackets, with exposed ceiling joists. The ground storey on the south side is faced with brick and has been colourwashed. Small casement windows with glazing bars are present. At the north end, there is a ground-floor bay window and three doorways. The roofs are tiled and hipped.
