Description

No. 16 Egremont Street is an 18th-century house constructed with a timber frame and plastered exterior. It has two storeys and features a two-window range on the first storey, which includes double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The ground storey has one 19th-century double-hung sash with single vertical glazing bars and a small shop front from the 19th century that also has vertical glazing bars. The central doorway is topped with a segmental hood, and the roof is tiled.
