Description

No. 82 Bear Street is a 18th-century building with a brick front that has been painted, originally part of an earlier timber-framed house. It has two storeys and features a three-window range with double-hung sash windows that include glazing bars, all set in flush cased frames. The entrance is a four-panel door topped by a simple flat hood supported on brackets. The roof is covered with old tiles. At the eastern end, there is a single-storey addition that also has a tiled roof.
