Description

No. 69 Boughton Street is an 18th-century house constructed of painted brick with a plain tiled roof. The building has two storeys and features a stack at the end on the right side. On the first floor, there are two sash windows with glazing bars, and there are two more on the ground floor, all with segmental heads. The central entrance consists of a half-glazed door topped by a flat hood supported on brackets.
