Description
These are four houses located at 82, 84, 86, and 88 Boughton Street, dated 1720. They are constructed of painted brick with a plain tiled roof. The buildings are two storeys high with an attic, set on a plinth. They feature a discontinuous plat band and a moulded brick eaves cornice on the hipped roof, which has a flush skylight on the left side. There are stacks positioned to the centre left, as well as projecting stacks at the left and right ends. Each house has four casements on both floors, with the ground floor windows having segmental heads. The doors consist of six panels on the left and four panels on the right. There is a central blank window panel on the first floor, beneath which is a date stone inscribed with "IS 1720."
