Description

This is an 18th-century house on the south side of Boughton Street. It is constructed of painted brick with a plain tiled roof. The house has a hipped roof with a single hipped dormer window and a stack to the rear right. It sits on a plinth with moulded eaves. The front elevation has three wooden casement windows on the first floor. On the ground floor is a canted bay window to the left, a curved and bowed bay window in the centre, and a wooden casement window to the right. A 20th-century door consisting of six raised panels is located in the centre right, and is topped by an open pediment supported by fluted Doric pilasters.
