Description
These are four houses, numbers 329 to 335 Glossop Road, Sheffield, dating to around 1845, with later alterations from the late 19th century and late 20th century. The houses are built of brick with stone dressings and have slate roofs, topped with four party wall stacks. A plinth runs along the base. The two-storey elevation has five windows across. The windows are segment-headed sashes with 12 panes, and multi-keyed lintels. The ground-floor windows have aprons. A 20th-century top-hung casement replaces the upper left window. A central, round-headed doorway is flanked by single wooden doorcases featuring oval engaged columns and cornices. To either side are two windows; the left being a 20th-century top-hung casement, the right a plain sash. Beyond these are further single doorcases. The two inner doors have six beaded panels, with the top two panels glazed. The outer doors are replacements from the 19th and 20th centuries. The interior was not inspected.
