Description

This is a pair of houses built in the 18th century. They have an 18th-century exterior. The houses have a timber frame and are faced with rendered brick in a red and blue chequered pattern on the right return, and with weatherboarding on the left return. The roof is tiled. The houses consist of two parallel ranges. They have a plinth, a projecting cornice, and a parapet. The roof is hipped on the left, with stacks positioned to the left and projecting and offset at the right end. There are three glazing bar sashes on the first floor, and three bow windows on the ground floor, the central one being larger. A boarded door is located on the right, and a glazed door with sidelights is on the left.
