No. 84 Bear Street is an 18th century brick house that has been painted. It is two storeys high and features a three-window range with double-hung sash windows that have glazing bars, all set in flush cased frames. The central entrance consists of a four-panel door topped with a flat hood supported by shaped brackets. The roof is covered with old tiles.
