Description

Parkers is a 15th to 16th century timber-framed farmhouse that has been added to and altered in the 17th and 18th centuries. The building is two storeys high, featuring a jettied upper storey on the south front. It has three windows, which are double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The ground floor windows are fitted with panelled shutters. The central entrance consists of a four-panel door topped by a rectangular fanlight, flanked by panelled pilasters. The roof is tiled and hipped at both the east and west ends. At the rear, there is an older wing that extends to the north and west, showcasing some exposed timber-framing. Inside, the farmhouse retains exposed timber-framing, ceiling beams, and joists.
