Description
39 Bear Street is an early 19th-century house that is timber-framed and plastered, with weatherboarded sides. The building stands two storeys high and features a two-window range with double-hung sash windows that have glazing bars. There is a central recessed doorway with panelled reveals. The roof is covered with slate.
