Description

New Leaf is a pair of adjoining 18th century timber-framed and plastered cottages located on Bear Street in Nayland with Wissington. The cottages are one storey high with attics and feature a four-window range. Number 35 has double-hung sash windows with glazing bars, while number 37 has 20th-century casement windows. There are two four-panel doors with plain reveals. The roofs are tiled and include four sloping roofed dormers, which have slate roofs and old leaded casements for number 37. Number 35 has 20th-century casements with lattice leaded lights.
