Description

41 Bear Street is a 17th to 18th century timber-framed and plastered house that features external elements from the 18th and 19th centuries. The building has two storeys and a three-window range with double-hung sashes that include glazing bars. On the west end, there is a small 19th-century shop window, while the east side reveals some exposed timber framing. The house has two doorways, each with architraves and shallow cornices. The roof is tiled and hipped, and there is a small lean-to addition at the west end.
