Description

Greyhound Cottage is a building located on Egremont Street in Glemsford. It dates from the 16th to 17th century and was originally a timber-framed and plastered house, with the timber framing exposed on the front. The cottage has been restored and renovated in the 20th century and stands two storeys high. It features small casement windows, and there are some old window openings that have restored diagonal mullions. The doorway includes a 20th-century boarded door. The roof is partly tiled at the south end and partly thatched at the north end.
