MONKS ELEIGH THE STREET 1. 5377 (north side) Orchard House and Vincents Cottage (formerly listed as Little Orchard and. Vincents Cottage) TL 9647 54/797 23.1.58. II GV 2. A C16-C17 timber-framed and plastereed building with a cross wing at the west end which extends to the north. Small casement windows with glazing bars. Roof thatched, with 2 gabled dormers on the front arid an original central chimney stack with 3 attached diagonal shafts.
