Description

Orchard House is an 18th-century house located on Havant Grove Road. It is constructed of brick with rendering and features a tile roof. The building has two storeys and three windows, with a roughcast front wall that has cambered heads. The other walls are made of brick, with flint panelling at the rear. The windows are sash style set in reveals. The entrance has a doorcase that includes a pediment, frieze, architrave, and a six-panelled door. The outbuilding, which is now used as a garage, is a rectangular block with a hipped tile roof and walls made of flint and brick.
