Description

This is a late 18th-century house on South Street, Havant. It is a two-storey house with an attic, featuring a symmetrical west-facing front with two windows. The house is constructed of red brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with a tile roof and brick dentil eaves. It has a high plinth marked by flush blue headers. The ground floor windows are early 19th-century sash windows, with narrow side panes. A wood doorcase, featuring a pediment, frieze, and plain pilasters, is present, though the door itself is later.
