Description

Oak Cottage is a 17th-century timber-framed and plastered building located on the north side of The Street in Monks Eleigh. It has been renovated and features one storey with attics. The ground storey includes double-hung sash windows, while the upper storey has casement windows. The roof is thatched, gabled at the east end, and there is an end chimney stack adjacent to Branford House. Additionally, the front of the cottage has two dormers.
