Description

Nos 4 and 6 Butcher's Lane are a pair of 16th century timber-framed buildings that form a continuous range with No 2. They are two storeys high, with the upper storey jettied across the entire front, displaying exposed joists and timber-framing. The ground storey is plastered, while No 4 features panels of modern pargetting. The buildings have a four-window range of modern casements with glazing bars, and the roof is tiled. The structures have been restored.
