Description

12 and 14 Broad Street is a timber-framed and plastered building with 18th century external features. It has been renovated and stands two storeys high. The facade features three windows, which are double-hung sashes with glazing bars. On the ground floor, there is a splayed bay at the west end and a modern shop front at the east end. The entrance includes a six-panel door with a moulded wood architrave and cornice. The roof is tiled.
