Description

The Maltings is a 16th-century timber-framed building located on Butcher's Lane in Boxford. It is part of a continuous range that includes Nos 4 and 6. The building features exposed timber-framing and stands two storeys high, with the upper storey jettied across the entire front, supported by exposed joists. There is a four-window range of modern casements with glazing bars. The roof is tiled, and the building has been restored.
