Description

Tiffins is a cottage located on Sand Pits Lane in Holton St Mary. It dates from the 17th century and has undergone renovation and extension in the 20th century. The building features a timber frame, rendered exterior, and a thatched roof, with a red brick chimney stack. It is one storey high with an attic and consists of two bays. The front has a boarded door and modern casement windows. At the rear, there is a large external stepped chimney stack and a single-storey kitchen extension with a flat roof. Inside, the cottage has studded walls and two chamfered beams, along with a bressummer over a partly rebuilt inglenook fireplace.
