Description

These are 17th century buildings located on Market Hill, South Side. Number 25 is three storeys high and features a window with a flush frame sash and glazing bars. The exterior is stucco, lined and painted, with a small eaves soffit, and a slate roof. The ground floor has been altered with a modern shop front. Numbers 26 and 27 are also three storeys high, with three windows each. These windows are mostly fitted with glazing bars, although the lower sash on the first floor of number 26 lacks them. Both buildings share the same stucco lined and painted exterior, small eaves soffit, and slate roof as number 25. The listed buildings on Market Hill’s South Side form a group.
