Description

This building on the North Side of High Street dates to the 17th century, though its original appearance is largely hidden. It is stuccoed and stands four storeys high, with a gable facing the road. The second and third floors have sash windows, the third floor windows being framed with moulded cases and featuring glazing bars. A modern shop occupies the lower two floors, with a Victorian cornice above and consoles adorned with carved garlands. Numbers 3 to 7 High Street form a group.
