Pair of houses, now one. C17 with early C19 brick front. Probably timber-framed. Pantiled roofs. L-plan. 2 storey brick facade, formerly each house of one bay plus door to right, right door (to 24) blocked. 6-panelled nearly central door under 6-vaned fanlight in rectangular frame. Fenestration of tripartite sashes, except for ground-floor right which is plate glass replacement. Other ground-floor window without horizontal glazing bars. Paired bracket eaves cornice below gabled roof. Outshut to rear of front block overlapping 2-storey rear wing. Wing in 3 bays. One 3-light late C18 casement each floor to left bay and a 2-light C18 casement first floor of right bay, otherwise windows are C20. Gabled roof with late C20 sloping dormer. Further 2-storey and dormer attic extension to south. No stacks visible. Rear elements all of whitewashed brick.
