Description

No. 10 Bridewell Street is a house dating from the early 19th century, with alterations made in the late 20th century. The building is constructed of colourwashed brick and features a slate roof. It has two storeys and includes an elliptical carriage arch on the left side. The ground floor is accessed through a late 20th-century aluminium door, with a horned sash window to its left. The first floor has two original sash windows with glazing bars, and all openings are topped with gauged skewback arches. The roof is gabled and has an internal gable-end stack on the west side. The interior does not reveal anything of interest, and the roof structure has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
