Description

No. 34 Rose Street is a house dating from the early 19th century, with alterations made in the late 20th century. It is constructed of brick and features an old tile roof. The building has a double depth plan and stands two storeys high with a basement. The front has a brick dentilled cornice string and a parapet with stone coping. It has a three-bay facade with sash windows that include glazing bars and gauged brick arches. The entrance door is an 8-panelled design from the 20th century, set in a moulded architrave frame, with roundels at the corners and a plain arched fanlight above.
