Description

No. 25 Rose Street is a mid-18th century town house that has been altered in the 20th century and is now divided into two flats. The building features a chequer brick exterior and an old tile gabled roof. It has a rectangular plan with an extension at the rear, standing two storeys high with a cellar. There are flanking chimneys, a rendered plinth, and offset eaves. The front is symmetrical with three bays, showcasing sash windows that have glazing bars and segmental heads. The central entrance door is a six-panel design, located beneath a flat hood supported by cut scroll brackets.
