Description

This is a mid-18th century house, later extended in the late 19th century, and now used as offices. It is constructed of vitreous brick with red dressings, topped with an old tile gabled roof. The building has two storeys and attics, originally with a two-cell plan and a rear lean-to extension. Two chimneys are visible on the rear wall, and there are two 20th-century flat-roofed dormers on the front roof slope.

The front of the building features a rendered plinth, a brick plat band, and boxed eaves. It has a three-bay facade with sash windows. The central first-floor sash window is smaller and set in a boxed frame. The ground floor windows are similar on the left, but the window on the right is larger, with six panes. All windows are set within rubbed brick arches. A central door, featuring four raised panels and a blocked overlight, is sheltered by a flat hood supported on small wooden brackets.
