Description

A pair of early 19th century houses, now shops and offices, located on the northwest side of Rose Street in Wokingham. The buildings are brick-built with old tile roofing and a gabled roof. They have a rectangular plan and an altered ground floor. The houses are three storeys high, with flat eaves supported by cut brackets. There are two bays of sash windows with glazing bars, each with a gauged brick head. Two small-pane 20th-century entrance doors are present, alongside a large, bowed shop window inserted in the centre of the ground floor during the mid-20th century.
