Description

The barn at Elfreder Cottage is a small structure dating from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It is built of clay lump and features a thatched roof. The barn has a three-stead layout with a large central doorway and one small ventilation slit in each of the flanking bays. The gables are weatherboarded. This barn is included in the listing for its group value.
