Description
75 Magdalen Street is a 18th-century building that was formerly used for an unknown purpose and is now a shop. The ground floor features early 17th-century ceiling beams. The building is rendered and has a slate roof, standing three storeys tall with a single bay. The shop front is from the 20th century, while the windows are sash style. A box cornice is present, and there are two cross beams and one axial beam on the ground floor, all with nicked chamfer stops. There is evidence of a stack to the south, with stack-stairs located away from the street and a partition beneath the northern beam.
