TG 2309 SW MAGDALEN STREET (west side) 11/508 26.2.54. Nos. 46 and 48 GV II Former use unknown now shop and offices. C17 refaced in mid C18. Rebuilt and altered in C20. Red brick. Roof not visible. 3 storeys. 4 bays. Shopfront with fluted pilasters and rectangular fanlight above central C20 doors. Yard entry to right. Sash windows throughout with glazing bars. Parapet.
