Description

Numbers 47 and 49 on Magdalen Street are 17th-century buildings that were originally of unknown use and are now shops. The first floor is rendered, and the buildings feature a pantile roof. They are two stories tall with an attic and have four first-floor windows. The shopfronts date from the 19th and 20th centuries. Number 49 has sash windows with glazing bars, while the buildings include two dormer gables with casement windows. Number 47 has a decorative bargeboard on its gable and dormer.
