Description
Nos 22 and 24 Upper Olland Street are 17th century buildings that stand two stories tall with an attic. They feature a gabled dormer and are constructed with a timber frame, plastered exterior, and a brick plinth, topped with pantiles. The front of the buildings includes one sash window in a flush frame and four flush frame casements at the first floor, two of which are modern. Number 22 has a modern shop front, while number 24 features a two-panel door with an eared architrave leading to a wooden case. The early 19th century wood shop front adds to the character of number 24. These buildings are part of a group that includes Nos 2 to 10 (even), 14, 16, and Nos 20 to 24 (even).
