Description
The Old Vicarage is a building that dates back to the early 17th century at the rear, with a front portion added in the 18th century. The earlier part of the structure is two stories high with an attic, built from timber framing and featuring some original doors. The roof is covered with tiles and pantiles, and the end gable displays the initials "WAS" in wrought iron ties. The front portion is also two stories and includes an attic, constructed from brick and painted stucco, with a plinth. It has five sash windows set in flush frames with flat heads. On the south side, there is a two-story sashed three-light bay window. The entrance features a six-panel door on the return, topped with an arched radial bar fanlight encased in wood, flanked by panelled pilasters, consoles, and a dentil open pediment. The Old Vicarage is part of a group with Nos 21 to 37 (odd).
