Description
No 30 on Upper Olland Street is a 17th-century building that stands two stories tall with an attic. It features a stucco exterior, painted half-timbering, and a pantile roof. The building has a cove cornice and two mullion transom casements on the first floor. There is a central entrance with a wooden case, a ground floor mullion transom casement to the left, and a mid-19th century wooden shop front to the right. Additionally, there is thin brick at the base of the chimney shaft. Nos 30 to 34 (even), the Congregational church, and Nos 38 to 52 (even) form a group.
