Description

38 Upper Olland Street is an 18th-century building that stands two stories tall with an attic. It features a window in the gable and is constructed of brick that has been limewashed. The building has a plinth and is topped with pantiles. On each floor, there are two flush frame sash windows with glazing bars, and the ground floor windows have cambered arches. The entrance is marked by a six-panel wooden door set within a case that includes roundels and a mutular cornice. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 30 to 34 (even), the Congregational church, and Nos 38 to 52 (even).
