Description
48 Upper Olland Street is a 18th-century, two-storey building constructed of red brick, featuring corbelled eaves and a pantile roof. It has two sash windows set in flush frames with flat arches at the ground floor. The entrance includes a six-panel door housed in a wooden case, which is adorned with fluted pilasters and a patterned fanlight. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 30 to 34, which is a Congregational church, and Nos 38 to 52.
