Description
67 High Street is an 18th-century building constructed of red brick with a hipped old tiled roof. It stands two storeys tall and features five sash windows set in flush moulded frames beneath flat arches. There are two similar doorways, each with an architrave surround, a moulded bracketed open pediment, and a six-panel door that has four fielded panels and two flush panels. The doors are positioned on either side of a sash window. To the left of the window is an early 19th-century shop window with louvered shutters, and to the right is a canted bay window topped with a modillioned cornice leading to an entablature. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 29 to 67 (odd) and No 45A.
