Description

Sunhill Cottage is an 18th-century building, dated 1767, located on Sun Hill. It is constructed of colour-washed brick with a tiled roof and features three box dormers. The building has an L-shaped plan and is one storey high with attics. It has three Yorkshire casement windows, each fitted with louvred shutters. The building forms a group with numbers 77 and 79 King Street.
