Description

Park Hill is an 18th-century building located on Appledore Woodchurch Road. It is two storeys high and constructed of red brick, topped with a tiled roof that features a modillion eaves cornice. The facade includes three sash windows that retain their glazing bars, with brick architraves above the ground floor windows. The entrance is framed by a doorcase that has a flat hood supported by brackets, leading to a two-panel door.
