Description

Merrymead is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall. The exterior is finished in stucco, while the side elevation is made of painted brick. It features a hipped tiled roof and has three windows that retain their Venetian shutters and glazing bars. The entrance is marked by a porch with a curved head, which contains a round-headed doorway topped with a semi-circular fanlight.
